You’re back with me this week!
Is September the new January? It sure feels like it.
Even Good Morning America is talking about how Labor Day, back-to-school season, and the end of summer vacations spark that itch to reset, revisit goals, and finish the year strong.
But here’s the real question: what happened to those shiny New Year’s goals? Still on track? Somewhere in between? Totally out the window?
Exhale. This one’s for my fellow Type A, high-achieving go-getters… and also for my friends who feel a little off the rails. Why do we make it so hard? It doesn’t have to be.
That’s why I created (and tested on myself first) the “33 For Me” Challenge. It’s not about chasing unrealistic extremes, it’s about building sustainable habits around the 5 Fs:
✨ Fuel → how you nourish your body
✨ Flow → how you move daily
✨ Find → where you notice joy
✨ Focus → what you capture in writing
✨ Feel → how you check in with yourself
On this week’s episode of The Orange Butterfly Effect, I’m sharing the full story of how I went from rinse-and-repeat burnout cycles to designing a 33-day system that gave me energy, joy, and consistency.
So if you’re ready to reset in a way that’s sustainable, simple, and designed for the life you’re already living... let’s do the dang thing!
Disclaimer: I’m sharing what worked for me, but remember, we’re all different. This isn’t medical advice, just my own experience. Always check in with your body and trusted professionals.
