Once we got used to the changes that CoVid had brought to day-to-day living, and we found our lockdown rhythm quite a few weeks passed as he nation held it's collective breath and quietly waited for updates.

Over the last couple of weeks, the updates have come thick and fast as we try and figure out the best way forward.

This week has been a blur of possibility and instruction, some carrot and some stick, broadly aligned but not quite, absolute whilst subject to change.

I had started to feel comfortable with a life that had slowed a little, but we seem to be heading back to noise and contradiction.

Oh well.
