Self-actualization is the highest level of man's hierarchy of needs identified by Maslow. In order to attain this need, it is vital to first discover your purpose in life and pursue it zealously. This summarizes the inspiration I got from a dream I had recently about being given a horse to feed and nurture. Self love is a life-changing attribute which has in recent times been widely abused and misunderstood.
