To finish off this season, Richard Devine, Editor of Windows Central and contributor to the Mobile Nations family joins me to talk about his history with the company and writing in general.

We also talk about his history with the iPad, and why he's bought the new iPad Mini which was recently announced.

To note, we recorded this on the day the AirPods were announced. Or, more accurately, a half hour after. So we talk about AirPower, alongside our thoughts on the now-gone media event.

The Outpost Show will return!

This morning the Apple Online Store went down, and instead of it being new AirPods and AirPower finally making an appearance, it was a new iPad Air, and a new iPad Mini.

I talk about my thoughts on this refreshed line of iPads, how it all stands before WWDC, and if I would have bought one of these instead of the 12.9" iPad Pro back in December.

I also give a 'One More Thing...' regarding the future of The Outpost Show.

Greg joins the show for the third time, where we talk about his experiences with his new 12.9" iPad Pro these last couple of months, alongside looking to where the device can fit into a 'Marzipan' world.

It's always a good chat when Greg is around, and the same occurs here, where we talk about some great points we'd like to see from iOS for iPad, from the minimal to the glaringly obvious.

And just what does 'A refreshed home screen' mean? We try to decipher it.

David is someone who I have been listening to for a few years now. From his 'Mac Power Users' podcast to 'Focused' (neè Free Agents), a podcast that listened to for most of last year before I left my full-time job.

A really decent guy to talk to, and his passion for technology and how it benefits him really shows here.

We go all into his uses with his iPad, especially about his love for Siri Shortcuts and the new Apple Pencil.

But the other half of this episode is what's next. We are now in the season of what we'd like to see next. So do we see iPadOS coming? Do we see iOS 13 answering some of the cries? What do we want to see at WWDC, for a product we enjoy using?

We go all in on it.

Denny is someone who reached out to me on Twitter who wanted to come onto the show, to give his insights into how he uses his iPad for his business and home life.

It turned into a great chat of how he's living a lifestyle I'd love to aspire to have one day. He lives in Missouri, in a house he built by himself and his brother-in-law, while running his own business; Beardy Guy Creative.

We talk about his other interests such as astronomy, what could be next for the house, and of course, how he uses his iPad.

After a few false starts in Skype, we had a great chat about Lee's history with his iPad, and how he tries to fit it into his workflow with his day-job.

We also talk about podcasting and networking through social networks, and if there's restricted social circles in some areas that few have access to.

He also asks for help for a new controller for his Switch, alongside me recommending a certain game I've been waiting a while for.

Andy is someone I met through Twitter last June, where he was asking me about a keyboard. Since then, I've seen him launch 'The Dent', and the podcast alongside the site of the same name. There, he focuses on topics that involve Apple, and his workflow with his iPad.

Of course, after his appearance in the iPad Special episode in October, it was only a matter of time before he appeared in his own episode.

We talk all about his workflow and history of the iPad, alongside that now-famous question: Who does he want to see in Smash Bros Ultimate?

Things are changing! I spoke on Twitter earlier about the RSS podcast feed address changing, but I wanted to explain it here in this very short episode for more clarity.

This feed you are subscribed to is becoming a 'Master Feed', similar to RelayFM's Master Feed.

Short story is: You won't lose out if you leave things as they are, but I'm giving you a choice, just in case.

I explain why and also when the feed is changing.

Here is the New Feed to keep receiving Outpost Show Episodes Only:
