Our feature story was written in 1921 and published in Weird Tales magazine in April 1926. In this story a human like creature has been living in a dark castle his whole life and seeks light and other humans like he has read about. His perilous escape from the castle, frees him into the real world he has never seen before and the results are horrifying.
