Cierra Chapman is an African American woman missing from Trotwood , Ohio. Cierra was last seen on December 27th, 2022 .Her last known whereabouts was at her ex-boyfriends apartment. Police were able to obtain surveillance video of her car leaving her ex’s apartment complex at 4:30am , but was it Cierra driving her car? A few days after being reported missing her car was found at least 20 miles away in Middletown, Ohio. She had no ties to Middletown at all. Police don't believe she disappeared willingly. The FBI and Miami Valley Crime Stoppers are currently offering $20,000 for information that leads to the recovery of Chapman and information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for her disappearance. George Cowboy Anderson was an African American man living in Beaver Falls , PA.  George was last seen on December 21st, 1982 leaving a bar with a group of people. Later possible items of his would be found in a neighboring town, and his paycheck would be cashed in by someone in the group he was last seen with. Police struggled to get individuals to cooperate with the investigation. Patricia Randolph was an African woman killed sometime in the fall of 1977. She was only 21 years old, and the small details we know about her life are tragic. Patricia was known to work for a pimp named Edward Surratt around the time of her murder, and while police had their eye on Edward they soon found that Edward was involved in many crimes occurring all across eastern Pennsylvania and western Ohio. Lopaz Richardson is a black male missing from Rosenberg Texas.  He was last seen on July 5th, 2021. At the time of his disappearance, he had just opened his own tattoo shop, which was his dream. His wife states Lopaz mentioned accidentally disrespecting the wrong person before he went missing but she never got the details of who or what.
