Although he is working on his first feature film, Michael Arcos has already developed a unique, recognizable style in his short films. Just a few months after producing his first feature, Nicholas Payne Santos got the opportunity to direct his first feature in “It Cuts Deep”. He joins the boys this week to talk about shooting a film at his parents' house, getting notes on the film from his wife and decline to join the conversation on “stuff we’ve stolen”.

After reviewing the film, "My Heart Can't Beat Unless You Tell It To", the boys received an email from the director of the film saying he would love to come on the show, despite some potentially harsh criticisms that were made. Jonathan Cuartas joins the show this week to make nice and correct the boys on how much blood can come out of a human body. He also talks about his working relationship with his brother, his influences, and how beneficial it was to shoot in Utah.

In the intro, Randy reports the death of Dick Johnson, Clark has strong feelings on "Let Him Go" and Russell closes it out with a new Halloween go-to "Hack-O-Lantern".

Tyler Cornack knew that the title of his film "Butt Boy" was going to raise some brows, but the gamble paid off as that attention brought more buzz to his gritty crime drama about a recovering alcoholic who develops a new addiction of shoving things (and people) into his... butt. Tyler joins the boys to talk about turning a YouTube short into a feature, the challenges of acting and directing, and his standup comedy days.

Jenn Wexler, the director of The Ranger, a horror film whose central characters are a group of punks, joins us this week to talk about the fear of being called a poser and the pursuit of authenticity, both in the punk and horror communities. She also gives Russell a lesson on film production and shares her Christmas adventure of meeting Larry Fessenden. 

In the intro, Oksana joins Russ and Clark as Randy went to Idaho during a pandemic. Randy did record a segment where he talks about two films he saw through the Mill Valley Film Festival. Clark watched an uninteresting documentary on an interesting subject.
