The Paddy Wagon

In this episode of the Paddy Wagon Podcast, Mike welcomes Emily Hirsch, an aerialist, doula, and co-host of the Wine, Weed, Weird podcast.  Mike learns that in addition to being all of the above listed things, she also plays in competitive pool leagues and is a huge fan of...  Donald Duck?

Emily brought a 1/3 of her podcast's title along for the ride and decided to get baked while Mike takes his normal sip of the potion, hits the three-wheel motion.

We discuss the size of whale sperm, placentas, doulas being for more people than just hippies and of course... Do lesbians actually scissor?  Mike realizes he may also be gay during this episode when he's introduced to the idea of "friction is friction".

As we reel it back in, we get to Emily's upbringing in the church and coming out, as she puts it... as a late-blooming lesbian.  We learn about being different, being judged and being accepted.  Emily walks us through her journey of self discovery, accepting herself and what advice she'd give to others as well as her younger self.

Tune in for a fun one and a great chat with a truly kind soul.

Stopping by the Paddy Wagon, as our first return guest, Damien brings along his partner in crime, Christian.  This duo hosts the Remain, Roam, Return Podcast and are always a joy to sit down and chat with.

We try and figure out what s*xual act the "Bearded Christian" entails, discuss the imfamous "Pittsburgh Toilet" as well as Mike's new basement getaway, The Paddy Wagon Pub and all of his OCD that went along with it.  Christian tells us about his digestive system, which he purchased off Temu and why it can only handle pasteurized beer, which he handles himself in his own make shift methlab.  Mike also shares a heartfelt story about the time he shared a portopotty with a random stranger who decided to blast a few rails of the devils dandruff...  Not exactly the "blow" Mike was expecting.

Damien and Christian will be hosting a night of comedy at the Dive Oyster Bar, This Saturday March 15th.  Comedian Jason Mena will be performing his act and if we're lucky, Triple R's own Christian, may grace the crowd with his stage presence.  Stop on by for a night of great food, drinks and laughter.
