Listen Later

Wheelchair racer Angie Ballard first represented Australia at the Sydney Paralympics as a teenager. 24 years on she will lead the team as co-captain at the Paris games. Competing across seven Paralympics, Ballard has seen how things have drastically changed for the movement, while other issues haven't shown the desired progressions.
