This week, we have someone who has had a meteoric rise as a Para Athlete in both shot-put and discus. In just three years, Funmi Oduwaiye has gone from novice to medalist and now she has her sights fully set on representing ParaGB are the Paris 2024 games.

To mark one year to go to the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Hannah Cockcroft caught up with Badminton’s Rachel Choong who is hoping to make history in the French capital next year.
Should she make the games she will become the first-ever woman to represent Great Britain in the sport at a Paralympic Games an accolade she'll add to an already impressive career which includes her being the first ever British player to pick up 3 gold medals at a Badminton World Championships.
