Today we finalized the rules of Sober November with a win/loss structure as well as a fun punishment for those who decide to take a night off. We also learned some "interesting" biological information along the way. In the middle of midterm season , it can be a little hard to record a new episode on time, so here's one from a few months back where Greg and Yahia were contemplating a few trips to end off the summer. Along with our friends, we are looking forward to participating in Sober October...in November. We all have previous engagements that would simply make being sober in October more annoying than beneficial, however we will be adding a competitive element to the month to make it more engaging and exciting as a group, and today we try to figure out what that will be, as well as the award for the winner.
