Election season is close to an end and the Republicans have taken the House, but they failed miserably in the Senate. This episode shares my thoughts on what happened and what we can do to fix it. Enjoy.

Emily Oster wrote a piece for The Atlantic that was, in my humble opinion, rather stupid. It is titled, "Lets Declare a Pandemic Amnesty: We need to forgive one another for what we did and said when we were in the dark about COVID." This episdoe is my response. Let me know what you think. Enjoy!

I mispoke: I kept saying the article was from the New York Times. It was The Atlantic. Sorry about that. Even when I had two dogs, it was difficult for me to tell one's piece of crap to the other's.

This episode was inspired by Jonathan Swift's "A Modest Proposal." I took my favorite pieces in the text and mashed them up to make a point: even Jonathan Swift acknowledged that abortion is terrible. Let me know what you think. Enjoy.

The Social Dilemma is a film produced by Netflix in 2020. When I saw it, I was blown away by all of the information they provide regarding social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, etc.

I show it to my students as a supplement to Jordan Peterson's Rule 4: Compare Yourself to Who You Were Yesterday, Not to Who Someone else is today.  Since kids are always comparing themselves to others online, I thought this would be a great way to convince them to stop (or at least reduce the amount of time spent on social media). Here's hoping it works!

In this episode I share my perspective about what they have to say. Enjoy and share!
