The Pat & Aaron Show

Today is supposedly the slowest sports day of the year, but that didn't stop Pat and Aaron from having a great show. The guys recapped the all star game and Rob Manfred's comments about the Rays-Montreal plan. Marc Topkin joined us freshly back from Cleveland to discuss his all star experience. We also brought back words with goons from the grave.

Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times joined Pat Donovan and Aaron Jacobson on Wednesday afternoon. Marc recapped his time in Cleveland for the All Star Game and told us about all of the hot topics around the league.

Tuesday's Pat and Aaron Show was driven by a heated debate about the Home Run Derby. Aaron and Trey thought it was the best one ever, but Pat just wasn't interested. Doug Waechter also stopped by the show to respond to Aaron's claim that he could get a hit off of him. We also ranked our top 3 comedians in this week's edition of LIST TIME!

Pat's stand-up comedy debut may have been cancelled, but that didn't stop the guys from ranking their favorite stand-up comedians during this week's LIST TIME!

Former MLB pitcher and Rays analyst, Doug Waechter joined Pat Donovan and Aaron Jacobson on Tuesday afternoon. Doug responded to Aaron's claim that he could get a base hit off of him.

After a long holiday weekend the boys were all back together on Monday afternoon. Pat and Aaron were joined by Neil Solondz to discuss the Rays heading into the all star break. We also proved that the Pat and Aaron Show mojo works in both directions. We also recapped our weekend in things I like and went over the topics we might've missed in The Blender.

Neil Solondz of Rays Radio joined Pat Donovan and Aaron Jacobson on Monday afternoon. Neil told us why Charlie Morton is the MVP of the Rays so far. He also recapped his sitdown interview with Wander Franco from last week.

Aaron has recently been flabbergasted by Pat's lack of knowledge of history so we put it to the test. Trey quizzed the guys with questions from the actual citizenship test and some of Pat's answers were hilariously wrong.

Wednesday's Pat and Aaron Show was about as fun as it gets. The guys talked plenty of Rays and Bolts with Marc Topkin and Joe Smith, but the rest of the day was just a party. We crammed the blooper reel, headlines of the week, and over/under into one short segment. The real main event though was Pat's knowledge of America being put to the test, literally. You have to hear his answer to what the original 13 states were.

Joe Smith from the Athletic joined Pat Donovan and Aaron Jacobson on Wednesday afternoon. Joe told us why Brian Boyle coming back to the Bolts probably isn't in the cards. Joe also told us how quickly he expects a deal with Brayden Point to be wrapped up.
