The breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to anchor us in the nowness of this moment. This is so for two reasons: 1) the breath is always with us, and 2) the breath is always now.

As we make coming back to the breath a habitual way of life, the fear, worry, doubt, and anxiety begin to dissolve as they are all born out of time.

The nowness of this moment, however, is not of time. It is beyond time, where there is only peace, love, harmony, and wholeness.

Inevitably along the path of freedom and awakening, we move through challenges and confusion.

To the untrained eye, these may seem to be bad and negative, but in reality, they are periods during which something wonderful is happening.

As we move along the path of awakening and the path of manifestation, we are wise to not limit ourselves to what we can perceive with our human senses.

As we moveAs we move along the Path to Freedom, learning to discern what is true from what seems to be, what we are really being called to allow to emerge from the easy way out... is essential.

It is often very easy to seek the cosmetical solution in trying to manipulate and change external conditions. But as everything in the external always and only is a reflection of where we are in consciousness, whenever we change the external without first changing within, we are merely temporarily covering up that something that sooner or later will show up again.

As we move along this path of freedom and awakening... as we continue to grow and expand... so will and must everything change. And so, that which is eventually will come to be. And that which is yet not here will come.

And so the time has come for me to, at least for now, release this beautiful expression that this podcast has unfolded into.

Always in a language and in a way that we can understand.
