Building the capacity to be MORE in the mode of creation vs consumption takes time and intention. However, in doing so, we can integrate our day dreams into lived reality, over time.

There is a process of 1) cultivating awareness, 2) stillness and un-entanglement, 3) setting intentions, and 4) taking the action that can move you from looping around in the same behavior patterns over and over, to actually fulfilling on your BIG ideas!

Life is full of paradox. We can of course take ownership for our daily actions and responses, but how we experience a certain scenario is unique to each individual. To one person, what may be a gift, could be an immense challenge for another. What might be a challenge, could end up being one of life's greatest gifts. Ultimately, we cannot impose our experience on another because we really have no idea what kind of lesson each of us need for our greatest evolution.

When we can maintain neutrality in the paradox of all that comes our way, we have better access to choosing our way forward, empowered and with an open heart.
