Carly-Ann is a Somatic Attachment Therapist who uses a combination of up-to-date attachment focused modalities to help people move towards secure attachment. She has an incredible knowledge base of attachment trauma, attachment wounds and how to heal these wounds. In this episode we talk about her own journey of recovery in her attachment style, triggers and dating, how she has built her online coaching business and how she now navigates a healthy & loving relationship. Carly-Ann runs the attachment recovery gym - an online platform to access tools, masterclasses and daily practices to help heal attachment wounds. On this episode I talk with Vairi. Vairi is a mental health advocate and much of her work relates to her diagnosis of Bipolar at the age of 30 yrs old. She is a blogger and speaker and uses her voice to raise awareness of the hope for healing and a healthy life despite her diagnosis.

Vairi and I talk about self care strategies, learning to love, her journey of becoming more self aware and the importance of her single season before dating again.
