Ooooo this is a juicy one... Many of you will know my beautiful Co-D Natalie Russell from the Finding Freedom Women's Collective that we co-created - a wonderful space full of incredible women healing for healthier relationships.
We deep dive into letting go of control, attachment to expectations and outcomes, finding our flow and femininity and the gift of singleness. Nat shares her experience of dating on a national television show and we share our own experience of how our friendship has helped heal some of our own wounds.
As mentioned in this episode, Nat also joined me on the podcast in Season 1 and in Season 4 (bare with me as Season 4's episodes are currently MIA lol) but here's a link to Episode 7 in Season 1 titled 'People can only meet you as deeply as they have met themselves' - https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-path-to-power-podcast/id1553611850?i=1000518279860
Nat also mentioned the Worthy Woman workshop which you can find HERE and the Retreats which we deliver which can be found HERE

One of my absolute favourite episodes yet. We talk leadership, femininity, motherhood, miscarriages, business, redefining gender roles, what makes a successful marriage and being a Forbes featured business woman!
Abigail Brown is one of my nearest and dearest friends, we lived with each other at uni and have been friends ever since, more recently i have engaged Abi as my business coach. Abi has been married to her husband Dan for nearly 20 years! Her wedding was actually the first wedding I’d ever attended in our early twenties. Together they have three children and practice conscious parenting.
Abi is one of the Co-founder's of The Simple Folk; sustainable, non-toxic and ethical ‘slow fashion’ for the wild-hearted minimalist.
With an incredible following and community (particularly on Instagram), they have been featured in Forbes, Vogue, People magazine, Hello, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, Milk Magazine and more. As they have grown, The Simple Folk has become known not only for ethical fashion and conscious lifestyle but also for empowering women. As well as being female led, they are predominantly female operated and are a part of the change for women collective that champions women and children all over the world.

Welcome to Season 3 of The Path To Power Podcast.
In this episode I reflect on my journey so far in stopping smoking. At the age of 31 years old I stopped after reading a book however, in recent years I started smoking again. Initially socially, then every few months, then every few weeks, then every few days until days became hours and I was a full time smoker again!

In this episode I talk with one of the most inspiring, passionate and authentic men I’ve met so far. Chris Wild is an author, care home consultant, government advisor and national youth advisor for young people. Chris is an advocate and campaigner and regularly appears on national television to give his perspective. Possibly most importantly, he is a careleaver, husband and father.
In this episode Chris vulnerably shares the impact of some of his early childhood trauma and life living in childrens homes and how these experiences have shaped him and his adult relationships. Chris also shares of the powerful lessons and growth on his journey, his success and how he continues to turn his adversity into advantage.

In this episode I talk with Adele Mulligan. Aside from being the Finding Freedom Womens Collective ‘OG’ & Godmother, Adele helps people to understand their belief systems and how to change them to improve the quality of their lives through her work with Change Grow Live - Building Bridges Programme.
Adele and I talk about her childhood and first impressions of relationships that then played into her adult romantic relationships. Adele vulnerably talks about the abuse she has overcome in many relationships and shares about leaving home aged 13 years old, trying to fix the hole inside of herself with drugs and with men and fighting to be a mother to her children and break the cycle of unhealthy relationships. Adele now has six years of being sober from drugs and alcohol, is reunited with her children and her work with parents has been nominated for awards. Adele also co-created a Confident Parenting Programme using her lived experience and in depth knowledge around reprogramming deeply embedded negative beliefs.
