I wanted to share a virtual grief event that I'll be reading at on April 6th at 10PM EST! A beautiful soul reached out to me at the beginning of the year and invited me to be a grief reader. Anne and her daughter Maria started a Coffee and Grief community back in 2020. They created a safe space where grievers can come together and openly share their grief stories. The 1st Thursday of each month they host a LIVE virtual grief event which I'll be reading at in April! I'm incredibly grateful for this opportunity and hope to see you on the evening of April 6th! Have you ever lost someone or something dear to you? 

The other day, someone asked me..."how long does grief last?".  On this episode, I talk about how long it last and the importance of allowing yourself to process your emotions. I've learned that vulnerability is a super power and your light is just on the other side of what you've been avoiding.
