Are you ready to Believe It?!

On this episode, I share the story how I won a bracelet with the words BELIEVE IT on it. Now, you might be thinking "What does you winning a bracelet with the words Believe It have to do with believing in yourself" 🤔. 2 years ago this week, I attend a free virtual event for Jamie Kern Lima's new book called Believe It.

The event was incredible and life changing for me! Winning the bracelet wasn't the profound moment. It was what happened within those 24 hours that led me to receiving a sign from God and the Universe 🙏🏼✨

It's amazing what can happen when you begin to believe in YOURSELF! 🙌🏼

Have you ever thought to yourself, one day I'll get started?

On this episode, we'll discuss how self-awareness is key to breaking free from old patterns that no longer serve you in your life so you can begin to move towards the life you envision for yourself! It's time to take a step back and reflect on your daily patterns and thoughts. As humans, we tend to develop certain habits and ways of thinking that become deeply ingrained in us overtime. February 09, 2023 Surrendering to Grief
Did you miss me? I didn't record an episode last week but I'm back this week! ☺️

In today's episode, I talk about surrendering to grief. What sparked up my heart to speak about this was one of the last chapters of a book I was reading titled "The Power Of Surrender" by Judith Orloff, MD. The chapter I read through was talking about surrendering to grief and how if we ignore grief, it can show up within us as depression, physical pain, and other symptoms. In order to heal, we must acknowledge our grief. I resonated so much with this chapter as it was my own journey that I experienced with ignoring my grief until I was brave enough to face it. Please note that I'm just sharing my personal experience with my own grief in hope to inspire others to find it within themselves to be brave enough to acknowledge their own grief and move forward in their lives. If you are living in silence, please reach out for help from a friend, therapist, or someone you can talk to. You never have to go through this journey alone 🙏
