Debbie’s career spans over 20 years in human resources, including senior-level roles at Colgate-Palmolive, Honeywell, Bayer, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Syngenta. As a global voice on culture, leadership, and organizational development, her change experience spans various industries, including consumer products, pharmaceuticals, crop science, and biotechnology.

 She was appointed to the board of the Triangle Society for Human Resources Management as Certification Chair, serving from 2018-2021. She also serves her community through Dress for Success as a Career Coach to underserved women re-entering the workforce. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, a non-profit organization that provides community service throughout the world.

Frank O’Connell Frank was the president of Reebok Brands, president of HBO Video, CEO of Indian Motorcycle, and chairman and CEO of Gibson Greetings, Inc. He is also the author of the new book Jump First, Think Fast: An Unconventional Approach to High Performance. Frank is known for his unconventional approach for high performance through his strategic thinking, brand building, breakthrough marketing, bold risk-taking moves, and new product ideas. He spent the first fourteen years of his career developing well-known brands at Arnold Bakery, Mattel, Carnation Company, and Hunt Wesson foods, among other brands in the baking and natural foods industry. He has also served on numerous Cornell University boards where he earned his B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. His passion is mentoring.

He has over 26 years of experience in various industries and joined SpiceJet in September 2022 from Interglobe Enterprises, where he served as VP (Head) of Corporate Finance from 2019 to August 2022. Before this, from 2014 to 2018, he worked as Interglobe Hotels' Chief Financial Officer for five years. He formerly held the position of Head of Finance at Tata Value Homes from 2011 to 2014 and at Suzlon Infrastructure from 2009 to 2010, respectively. He has also worked at Reliance Infrastructure from 2007 to 2009 and Hindustan Petroleum from 1996 to 2007.

Kumar holds an M.Com from the University of Kolkata and a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata. He is a certified Chartered accountant (ACA), Cost accountant (FCMA), and Company secretary (ACS)
