With heart rates settled and excitement levels heightened, the guys return in a HUGE podcast as they hit the big Five-O.

Here we have Stu and Adam go over the mayhem, record-breaking offensive output and fun that was Sunday v the Texans. From Wilson, Richardson, Clowney and everything in between on Sunday, the guys then move forward to the BIG move the team made as the league's trade deadline neared.

With the move made to boost the weak point of the team, the table is set to look ahead to Week 9's visit of the Redskins. To do that Stu and Ross invite on Mark Bullock; Mark follows the team and covers them for the Washington Post Insider.

 We talk pre-season hopes and mid-season despair and the lengthy injury list the Skins are rolling into Seattle with.

The majority of The Pedestrian Podcast return from NYC. With Adam getting some much needed rest Stu and Ross burn the midnight oil to break down the Giants game and preview this weekends home game that sees the Texans come to the Clink.

With Ross out looking up his potential 2018 trips, the other 2 of the three man band are here to talk everything Bye Week, New York and suing the NFL.

On the eve of Stu and Adam flying Stateside, they talk over the injuries that linger with a rotation on the offensive line, an end of an era on the defensive line and what is waiting them in New York this weekend.

The guys also pay their tributes to the former Sky presenter- and podcast guest- Kevin Cadle, who passed away on Monday morning.
