Our latest guest Fred Young is originally from the UK, is a retired engineer a grandfather to five. In 2015, Fred had a heart attack while on holiday and it was then that he decided to make a change. It was then that he decided to retire and move to Portugal where he has been living happily ever since with his wife. To avoid being completely bored, Fred also makes pens and in this episode, he chats to Dylan about why he chose The Silver Coast and loves living here.
