TOCs (TOPIC OF CONVERSATIONS): A brief history with Jesse and the restaurant Never Blue, AAA TripTiks, Jesse’s Culinary School journey, her early career as a chef, being set up by her first husband with her second (and forever) husband, and a quick wrap up because we forgot our power cord and the computer almost died. 

Jesse is a tour de force and we have so much love and respect for her. She’s insanely talented, super quick witted, and uses profanity on a professional (read enviable) level. If you’re ever in the Hendersonville (Asheville) area, do yourself a favor and book a table at her restaurant, Never Blue (and order the brownie WITH your meal).
