The first historic episode of the Penthouse Basements' Podcast is here! As always I'm your host David Lomison. Our improv group is based out of the Washington, DC, metro area. As an offshoot of our improv group, we talked about doing a podcast and I kinda just showed up one day with alot of ideas and some equipment and we started recording. The show format is a non-scripted roundtable discussion of various pop culture topics, plus we will be playing some improv games. Joining me for this first episode is group members Nick Webster and Jeremy Lynch. Topics include: the origins of our group, eating candy, burping, and a deep deconstruction of the social and political implications of the Karate Kid remake...or not.
