The bus is back after a brief break for some personal vacations and we've got a good one for you all in this one! We sit down with a community member that you've likely crossed paths in some way, shape or form at some point throughout your Splinterlands career. He frequents SPLTV streams, YouTube livestreams and various Discord channels, often offering a unique perspective or insight worth greater consideration.

It is our pleasure in present to you our conversation with @viru5. Our guest represents the first we've hosted in quite a while that came into the game at around the same time as us, which makes our varied approaches to the game, to land and to the ecosystem an interesting case study of sorts. While we agree on plenty, there's no shortage of areas where we differ in opinion.

Viru5 is a software developer by trade, making for a distinctive outlook upon all that's currently on the docket for the dev team over at Splinterlands with regards to Land 1.5, as well as a fascinating view on development updates that've been delivered to us throughout the last year+.

Welcome back to the People's Guild. The bus finds itself on the shores of the Ohio River as we park in Cincinnati for this episode. Join us as we welcome in another team member and guest that we, as a community, haven't heard much from of late on Town Halls.

We proudly present to you our conversation with the Splinterlands VP of Sales, 16-Bit.

The show gets rolling as Jon tells the tale of his entrance into crypto, Web3 and how he found his way to Splinterlands. Our guest shares with us his approach to the art of attracting whales throughout the bear, what kind of impact 3rd party services such as NFTYArcade can bring to the table, as well as the potential implications for how land 1.5 and beyond (including land surfing!) change these conversations.

In this one we sit down with one of the great contributors to the Splinterlands' ecosystem and, whether you know it or not, you're more than likely already familiar with some of his handiwork.

He is the sole developer over at Baron's Toolbox (https://www.baronstoolbox.com/) and is responsible for the absolute imperative SPL companion that is the BTB Toolbar, the now iconic card frames that display the team's faces throughout Townhalls and the SPLTV spinning tool we all observe with baited breath hoping for that GF Byzantine Kitty to be landed upon.

We proudly present to you our conversation with Axlertwinblade.

The conversation gets going with an introduction into who Axler is as we hear about his humble beginnings with NFO Guides, a bit about his career in website development and his eventual, and we daresay reluctant, entrance into Splinterlands.
