Another quick episode of let’s talk about it. After the pandemic ended, a lot of us got comfortable going back to the gym again. And that’s great, but a lot of us also forgot how hard it is when they took it away from us… Today I’m reminding you to step outside once or twice a week and remind yourself that there is no ac, no music, no fancy weights and no spotter when you’re outdoors getting it in.

No matter what you do never give up on you. That might be the most important thing I’ve learned. I hope this helps somebody and if it does, Please share it.

A lot of people seem to think people like myself, who motivate people don’t need motivation themselves. That couldn’t be further from the truth. To be perfectly honest, you guys motivate and inspire me as well…so let’s talk about it.
