I had an incident happen last night that could've gone wrong in so many ways at a gas station. I want to share that with you and how me taking care of myself, my health, my fitness may have helped deter that situation. Fellas, please listen to this episode I feel like it's an important one for us especially as the times have changed and people have gotten much more desperate. I hope you enjoy this episode and as always, a subscribe, follow, share, comment or review is always appreciated!

"The mind is sharper and keener in seclusion and uninterrupted solitude. Originality thrives in seclusion free of outside influences beating up on us to cripple the creative mind. Be alone, that is the secret of invention: Be alone, that is when ideas are born." - Nikola Tesla

Fellas, I needed to drop this one for you. I was mid workout for #75HARD and got inspired to do this episode while in the process. A lot of us men go through self doubt, confidence problems after a divorce. Or even while we’re still married, we’re a shell of who we could be and are on the verge of losing everything. I know I struggled and there were things I needed to learn if I was gonna move fwd successfully. I talk about that here because if I can help anyone of you fix it before it’s broken for good…I’d like to. It’s never too late. I hope this episode speaks to you. And as always, if you like it please share, subscribe, follow, comment, review…thanks!
On this episode I share a few stories from some very random people while Uber/Lyft driving. Stories I think were inspiring and I learned a bit from. I also discuss how the the way we live our life is the lesson we teach. How we can subconsciously be teaching lessons that are of value or lessons that can perpetuate struggles we’ve gone through in our past. I share how living my life as if there are cameras on me filming a documentary on my life helps me try and be my best at all times not just for me, but my children too. Anyway, as always, if you like it please share, subscribe, follow, comment, review…thanks!
It’s hard when we get in a funk right? When we don’t get the answers fast enough, we don’t see the results fast enough or just can’t seem to get what we want when we want it. I know trust me, I do. There are days I want to stay in bed and not get it going. I find excuses to avoid life for that day. But life ends happening regardless. These are days I have to remind myself to continue to move fwd even when I can’t run just walk…walk and move fwd. as long as we’re moving well eventually get the answers, results we are looking for it just takes a bit more time. I hope me sharing this with you on the episode helps. And as always, if you like it please share, subscribe, follow, comment, review…thanks!
Indian-American author and alternative medicine advocate Deepak Chopra once said...“The best way to get rid of the pain is to feel the pain. And when you feel the pain and go beyond it, you’ll see there’s a very intense love that is wanting to awaken itself.”
Kobe Bryant responded to a reporter in 2009 after going up 2-0 against the Orlando Magic in the Finals...after being asked, "Still waiting on a smile from you; you're up 2-0....what's the story? Are you not happy or you just half happy?" he responded w/"What's there to be happy about? The jobs not finished...job finished? I don't think so." I think often in life we pat ourselves on the back before the work is even done. Social media doesn't help as we get thumbs up's and heart likes for sharing us doing "the minimum". I hope you enjoy this short episode and as always if you like it please share, comment, review, subscribe and follow!
I'm back from Arizona and ready to pod! Yea, man...weddings are awesome right? I always thought I would be bitter after my divorce, but I'm not...I still enjoy weddings especially for people I love. This episode I share with you the "Key" my grandmother (Beatrice) shared with me before she passed. It's something I never forgot and I wanted to share it here with you. And...well here goes, I talk about giving love another shot. Yea, you read right. But enough of that...you just need to listen to understand. I hope you enjoy and as always if you enjoy it and want someone to hear it please share it. Reviews, Comments, Follows and Subscribes help a lot so please do!
