I had a breakthrough in therapy recently. It made me feel all sorts of negative emotions. However, it also made me realize what I know, how I can work past it, and create positive actions to heal from my trauma.

A huge part of being a perfectionist comes from the belief that if you make a mistake, your worst case scenario will come true. How often has that actually happened? In this podcast we talk about the reality of mistakes and how it’s good to make them.

In this episode I introduce my struggles with anxiety, depression, and stress due to overwhelming perfectionism. I talk about where this comes from, why we do this, and what drives our minds to think this way.
