What a difference two years makes! Some have been very kind to say that the title of the book and the contents are as relevant as ever! 

With so many crystal balls whipsawing and flying around, in this 23 +/- minute episode I give my brief take on the real estate market (mostly North Carolina centric) and issue a measured Tsunami watch.

In this brief episode of UGOT2MINS?, I chat for a few minutes about some current topics, and then discuss some of the "things" for which I am forever grateful. The actual list is too long to count. A primary common denominator on my list: most of the things for which I am grateful cannot be purchased with money.  So many have helped me cross my finish lines in business and in life, I try and remember to ask myself "What are you doing, Pete, to help others cross their finish lines?"
