Filmmaker James Fox's latest documentary The Phenomenon has been all the talk among the UFO community since its release to video-on-demand on October 6, 2020. Its a very well-written, well-researched and well-produced documentary. However, it doesn't really present any new evidence about UFOs or provide the viewer with any ground-breaking revelations.
