The Phog: A Kansas basketball and football podcast

Kevin Flaherty of 247Sports joins the Phog.net podcast to break down all things Kansas football.

On this episode, Michael Swain brings on CBS Sports National College Football Writer Shehan Jeyarajah to talk all things KU football, Big 12 and realignment.

Michael Swain is down in Arlington, Texas for Big 12 Media Days. Kansas AD Travis Goff met with a small group of reporters to discuss conference realignment and the KU football programs heading into year two of the Lance Leipold era. First, Michael talks about KU's press conferences. Then, you can hear the full interview with Goff.

The KU football program is starting to gain momentum on the recruiting trail in the class of 2023. Earlier this week, KU landed its first commitment of the class from Texas safety Taylor Davis. On Saturday, Surahz Buncom made his pledge to KU public as well. Michael Swain breaks down both players and what KU is getting. Then, Buncom joins the podcast to discuss his commitment to KU.

KU football has a top-25 transfer portal class and three players who were named to 247Sports' list of the top 247 transfers nationally. To get the inside scoop on what KU is getting in some of the high-profile transfers, Michael Swain brings on Clint Brewster to break it all down.
