Aj's back from vacation, and we're talking about sports babies and Tyler Pitlick, but only for a minute.

We try to supplement the NHL with bits from other sports and spend time going over a few food items that Fitz and Ryne overlooked the past few weeks.

In the last of our Aj-less episodes, Alex calls out sick so it's down to Ryne and Fitz to tackle this weeks episode.

The first topic the guys tackle for the 400th time is the extensions for TK and Provy and a ridiculous rumor.

Then they look at options for the 3RW spot that might not make people happy.

We talk about the Wild's new GM hire.

Then we finally have some fun putting together a team made entirely of the worst players from the last decade.

In the second of 3 episodes with Alex McIntyre as the guest host, she comes in to the studio and takes over this one. Also joining the team for this one is Josh Lyons from The Phifth Quarter making his second appearance on the show.

We start out with a pretty normal conversation about UFA's and RFA's and who we would have gone after differently based on those lists, Fitz has the best answer of the night.

Then Alex launches a new segment for us that she's calling Ruffle the Feathers, where she goes into Facebook fan groups and posts some very fun things just to get a reaction.

We then check in with AJ's adventures in Tennessee and the food his been posting on Twitter which sparks a very impassioned conversation about Cheesesteaks.

It was a very interesting episode to say the least, and we cant wait to see what next week has in store for us.

In this, the first of 3 Episodes where AJ is on vacation, Ryne and Fitz stumble their way through a very abbreviated prep sheet with the help of Alex back in studio again, this time as a Guest Host.

The question of the day is not at all hockey related so they got off to a strong start.

They do some Season Expectations, some of which are a little spicy, and some are downright absurd. They talk about Toronto picking up the leftovers from Dave Hakstol's tenure as Flyers Head Coach, Including the man himself. And they finish the hockey talk with the Kevin Shattenkirk signing.

Then Fitz tells Ryne about the new keto craze a Chaffle.

There are also an exorbitant amount of Summer songs in this episode because you know, Summer.

Fitz doesn't know what makes people want to leave a house, AJ can't pronounce "Paul Fenton", and Ryne thinks Hextall learned a lesson.

We wonder if we should start to worry about Travis Konecny not having a deal yet, and talk about who we would rather give a long-term deal between Konecny and Provorov. 

The Minnesota Wild fired their GM and might be reaching out to Ron Hextall.

Phil Kessel has a house that makes it clear other people aren't expected to stay long, and we make our own, anti-social house upgrades.

We talk about the Flyers secret weddings, Michal Neuvirth's decision to sign a PTO and consider what Jacob Trouba's new contract means for the Flyers signing Ivan Provorov.

We also get into some Reddit hockey copypastas and read a brand new fanfiction that could be coming to a television near you!

Alex McIntyre joins us again to argue about Chuck Fletcher's intentions for a Professional Tryout, questions from twitter and deciding what a good punishment is for the loser of your fantasy hockey league.

We also play a new game called Claude or Fraud.

We held a tournament to name our new Pigeons mascot and had some technical issues with the audio file!

There's so little happening in the hockey world that we talked about Brandon Manning, the feeling in the Flyers locker room and even the Ottawa government.

We talk about free agency around the Metropolitan division. The Devils adding Subban and Simmonds, the Rangers adding Panarin and a prospect with #BigBoyGame and the Flyers adding a handful of players to make sure the Phantoms have a full roster.

At the End we make our big announcement for the beginning of the Flyers season!

Technically we talk about the draft. The draftees' introductions to the NHL, Chuck Fletcher's penchant for drafting guys with first and last names that start with the same letter.

We also go into a little bit of detail about the Flyers re-signing Elliott and Sanheim, offer sheet rumors and playing with a soundboard.

We help the NHL out with some more rules and stumble into a way to make the draft more exciting.
