Exploring the ideas set forth by Dr. Steven Greer. Dr. Steven Macon Greer is an American ufologist who founded the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence and the Disclosure Project, which seeks the disclosure of allegedly classified secret UFO information.
