Well, we survived King of the Hammers 2022! And we had a blast! And for better or worse, we thought it would be a great idea to invite the wives of the Rocky Mountain Speed and Fab team onto the show and let them tell a little bit of their experience from their first KOH trip. Of course we also cover a little bit of Hopper and Zach's escapades and highlights from the first half of the week. Trust me when I say, you will be hearing tails of our adventures for weeks to come! Sit back and enjoy, we had a blast recording with these ladies. Meagan, Kacie, Jen, and Jennifer did not disappoint in the entertainment department!!!
It's the week before Ultra4's King of the Hammers 2022 and The Pit Guys have been hustling! But there's no rest for the weary, and this week we hooked up with Jake and Jon from Hypercraft USA. These guys give us the run down on how they got into the EV game, where they are headed with their turn key retrofit kits, and yeah, we might talk a little Ultra4 EV Spec class racing too!
It's been a few weeks folks, as Zach and Hopper decided to take a little time to spend with the family over the holidays! And to shovel snow! And then shovel some more snow. This week your in for a real treat though! If you've ever wondered who was behind the emails, messages, tags, or pretty much any form of communications at Ultra4, then you've chatted with Courtney! She is the whole communications department, amongst many other things at Ultra4, and she was an absolute riot to have on the show! Plus she drops a huge bomb of an announcement about something new that is happening after the Can-Am UTV King of the Hammers Race! You'd better tune in to here it here first!!!
We're back at it this week after taking a week off and we decided to bring in the big guns! We were able to get John Grounds and Triple J from Proving Grounds Racing and Fly Offroad to hang out with us for a little bit and tell us about their story and how they ended up running 3 classes and every points paying event in Ultra4 in 2021! And we try to get a little dirt on what they might be planning for the new EV class...
This week we have a nice little therapy session with just Zach and Hopper! We talk about our holiday adventures, some current projects, and really just a bunch of non sense! We're less then 2 months away from Ultra4's Kind of the Hammers and we can't wait!!!
We've got a big episode for you this week! A welcome return of the 'open segment' where Hopper and Zach talk a bunch of non sense and an awesome guest in Miles "The Voice of Ultra4 Racing" Hasselquist!!! Miles was a real hoot, a good old midwestern boy like us that started on three wheelers who is still alive today! It was awesome having him on the show!
I had the chance to sit down with my ole buddy, ole pal Bob Neill a few weeks ago and talk about the good ole days! Bob's an old school dirt track racer and like most racers, he doesn't forget a thing! He's a great guy and we had a blast revisiting the glory days!
We got Scott LeSage into the motorhome at Ultra4's Nationals and man, were we blown away by this guys knowledge! And of course we loved his passion for creating something a little different! We learned more about suspension in 10 minutes with Scott than most people learn in a lifetime! He's another great example of what we think Ultra4 is all about and his passion and a drive to race are second to none.
We sat down with Cody Quattlebaum, Driver of the #33 Bandit Offroad Racing Polaris RZR while we were at Ultra4's Nationals at Crossbar Offroad Park in Davis, OK a couple of weeks ago. Cody is a relative newcomer to racing, but is making a big splash in the 4900 class! He tells us about how he got into racing, how his Nationals race went, and we talk a little bit about truck campers. He's definitely our kind of guy!
