THE PIT: Journey Through Hell

In this episode I begin breaking down the dangerous pattern of negative thinking. Also I have a poem for you all pertaining to the unfortunate events taken place by police brutality.

This episode briefly foreshadows upcoming content within this new season. Also I forgot to mention that I will be performing spoken word poetry as well in this new season so please stay tuned!

I just wanted to say Thankyou to everyone that has listened thus far with this podcast. I have finally decided to change the title of this podcast,” to The Pit”. It fits for what I’m about to do next in Season 2 and I have a better sense of direction with this podcast so I don’t have to keep changing the title. Thankyou once again for being willing to listen.

This isn’t even an episode but more so of an update. It’s time for Season 2! While Season 1 is a very short season, I have finally been able to solidify my niche for this new podcast! Season is more like an introduction to who I am and what I personally do struggle with, but you will definitely get to know more and hopefully benefit more from Season Two.

My Reality, Part 2 captures my current mindset in how I’ve been honestly dealing with depression and anxiety. Also within the episode I present my very first spoken word poem on this podcast!

This episode expresses how reality may not be what we planned. This is a quick episode detailing that life isn’t going as smooth sailing but all in all, it is possible to still push through the negative feelings and overcome.

This episode is very discouraging for me but hopefully encouraging to you...guess what? I almost gave up on this podcast for good, BUT, life isn’t all about me whatsoever and once I accepted that I decided to proceed. This podcast is about helping to build a community of people that struggle deeply with anxiety and depression. In order to get honest results I have to be honest throughout this whole entire process. I hope this episode inspires someone who is thinking of giving up. I’m telling you no matter how discouraging you are feeling, don’t...because I was very discouraged but chose to hang in there anyway. I wish the best of luck to all of you, and I hope you enjoy!
