The culture says, “Follow your heart. Just do it. You do you. Express what you feel is true.” And so many are going off the cliff with that advice. Jesus Christ is true north in a culture adrift! Then, you may be a silent sufferer, no one knows your private pain, wounds, shame. But God knows and sees and will redeem what no one else knows. Next, “Christ lives through me!” It’s sounds so amazing, but is it really true? In 1920 Uganda, Elizabeth wounded Florence deeply. They were both in Uganda to share Jesus. Florence was being swallowed by bitterness and decided to leave. But the Christ in her had another plan.
