In this episode, I chat with my wonderful friend, Dr Hayley Kelly.
Hayley and I dive into my recent ADHD diagnosis. Hayley is Autistic ADHD and has been incredibly supportive throughout this whole journey so far.
We discuss: ๐ the "messy middle" after a recent, but late, diagnosis - I was diagnosed when I was 44. ๐ the confusion of losing who I thought I was and stepping into who I really am ๐ the challenges that came with navigating life, friendships, and relationships, pre-diagnosis ๐ Hayley's personal experience of being diagnosed in her 30s with ADHD and Autism ๐ the journey we are on both to let our "square peg" lights shine bright so the other "square pegs" can find us!I'm excited to share our chat with you and at the same time, I am feeling quite vulnerable about opening up this early.
As Hayley puts it so well in this episode, we are still very much in the "messy middle" since the diagnosis.

I cannot wait to share this chat with Leanne Rowe at Lime and Mortar with you. Leanne opened her planner sticker shop back in December 2014 and it was one of the very first and now the oldest Australian planner shop!
She really is someone who was a great example of a really dedicated planner sticker shop owner who cares about creating stickers that truly helps her customers. That's why she's been able to stand out from the crowd from the beginning and for so very long too
I know you'll be super inspired by this episode!

But I also haven't been BEing who I actually want to BE.
And while I have a few more months left of 2023, now seems like a great time to start BEing different. So that in 2024, I can start the year with who I want to be. I hope this episode helps you to do the same.
