"He goes for almost every head fake. And when you have two guys out there that are not defending well, it's very tough to win NBA games in 2025. We saw that last year in the playoffs. Everybody needs to be a two way player. And the Celtics kind of exposed Luka's defensive lapses last year. And I thought that that was the major difference that won the Celtics the championship."

"It seems like the Indiana Pacers have passed them as they beat them twice in the past two years in the playoffs. Now, this is a team that won the NBA championship in 2021. That was four years ago. Team has traded away some of the assets. They brought in Damian Lillard, and that is one of the main issues here. Damian Lillard goes down, tears his Achilles tendon."

"But I'm wondering if this is a generational thing, because in my mind, like, you wouldn't even think of asking that. That is just absolutely not even on the table. I would have. I would have advised them, don't even bring that up. Don't know. It's just off limits. It's not going to happen. And when I think back to my generation, I can think of an example in the other direction."

"I don't think he's making the right adjustments and I think that is ending up costing them thus far here. They still can shoot and I think they have to shoot the three pointers and just kind of have reserved themselves to playing that way. And it just doesn't look good for this playoff run for this Lakers team. They need that rim protector for sure and that's probably something they'll address in the off season."

"It happens every year, playoff games going well into the night. And with the time zones in the United States, it's impossible to really kind of have a fair balance. However, it is something that I've always thought that pro sports should really pay attention to because I feel, my personal opinion, that one of the downfalls of Major League Baseball and the popularity of baseball is because they stopped doing afternoon games, especially in the World Series. Everything has been moved to primetime."

"Especially when they just start hammering down on that defense, making it a little bit more intense. Teams like the Rockets that have gone through the season kind of scoring by committee, it doesn't work as well in the playoffs. All of a sud, you're passing it around, the defense is intensified, you're wondering who's going to be shooting it, who's the guy? And all of a sudden the shot clock expires."
