And then if you go back yet another day, another team fighting for one of these three slots, Denver fires their head coach. What is going on? Do any of these teams really want to be in that playoff slot? You would think so, but that's not the way things have unfolded the past three days."

"I can think of Larry Mize chipping in in a playoff hole to win over somebody like Greg Norman, thinking about Jack Nicklaus in 86, winning it, being the oldest person to win this. And then Tiger Woods a few years ago in 2019, coming back and winning this in just an improbable fashion. If you only watch one tournament a year, it is the Masters. It has to be the Masters. This is the one that everybody wants to win and the one that is absolutely the most intense."

"I'll talk more about that in a bit, but let's talk about how the game folded out. And to me it was clear that we had the top two teams in the nation. I thought that from the beginning and I really do believe that we did see the top two teams playing each other for the national championship, which is always great. Now in the first half, we started off really slow, neither team hitting the three point shot right away."

"And I just don't think if you have just that one person carrying your offense at this point against a team like Auburn and Florida or Houston, I think it's just too much. And I think that Houston with their rebounding, with their defense will be cutting down the nets tonight. And that was who I thought was going to cut this down at the beginning. I thought it would be Houston versus Florida and that's where we're at. And I'm going to stick with my original prediction."

"It really just kind of brought the popularity back into the sport that carried it into the 80s. However, in the 90s, when the players went on strike, they lost a lot of fans. And some fans never really returned. Some took years, if not decades to actually return to the game. And now we're at where we're at. In my opinion, baseball has become a very regionalized game within the United States."

"Well, we are now down to the Final Four in the women's NCAA Tournament and it is much the same as the men's. We are looking at a lot of number one seeds. The only exception in both the men's and women's tournaments is UConn, who was a number two seed. And with Juju Watkins getting injured as the number one seed, USC, it really kind of made UConn the favorite."

"And the, the. The there was a pretty big drop off to the next type, types of teams that were ranked second and third in their seatings here. And that's really the way it kind of played out. Only Florida had a little bit of trouble in their Elite Eight game. Everybody else won very comfortably and that was something that again was pretty expected. Florida did, you know, get some breaks here."

"The Chicago Bulls have a really young nucleus of players. Kobe, White, Marsellis. I think I'm saying his name correctly. This team has a good height, too. I was watching the game last night, watching the entire game, and they did the starting lineup announcements. And the shortest player in that starting lineup, I believe, was like, 6, 8, you know, so. Or Kobe White at 6'six I'm sorry, but 6'six and above was that starting lineup."

"Well, it's that time of year where we need to be talking about the NBA playoffs and whether teams should be resting their star players or making a concentrated push to get a higher seed within the playoffs. As we saw last year, you know, especially in the Eastern Conference, injuries really kind of dictated how the playoffs went. It's not that Boston really, you know, backed their way into the NBA Finals. It was that they really didn't have to work all that hard."
