The Pod People

This week we watched And God Spoke, a 1994 Mockumentary about two B movie filmmakers attempting to make a film covering the entire bible, a biblical epic. Throughout the film, we find out that they are not well equipped for the task as they run into problem after problem. We were glad to see household names such as Soupy Sales, Lou Ferrigno, and Andy Dick.

This week on Zack's Corner we bring you The Sandlot (1993)! In this film, we see the greatest pickle in baseball history! A group of kids have to devise a strategy to outsmart a monstrous dog to get a priceless baseball back. Will they be able to conquer the Beast? Will Smalls ever figure out who Babe Ruth is? In today's episode we watched Speed, a 1994 action movie featuring Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock, and Dennis Hopper. The story follows our main characters (Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves) as they try to stop the bad guy who has placed a bomb on a bus carrying many innocent people. The only way to keep the bomb from detonating is if they keep the bus above 50 miles per hour, will they be able to successfully disarm the bomb while keeping the bus at speed on the busy streets of downtown Los Angeles? Does Dutch mention Armie Hammer again?
