A boundary is described as 1) a line that marks the limits of an area; a dividing line and 2) a limit of a subject or sphere of activity. Why do we have such difficulties with boundaries? For the kids, it was the idea that things don't simply "appear" on the table, but there are people actively working to make things happen. Just because they don't SEE something happening doesn't mean that thing appears by magic. Of course, this morphed into so much more. Seven minutes on seven movies in seven days. That's the idea. In seven days, we watched seven movies that were from 1990 and before, (except one, because, hey, we make the rules) and decided to reflect for seven minutes on each movie. They had to be films we'd seen WHEN THEY WERE RELEASED and then not 100 times afterward. That was a tall order! It was fascinating watching old movies that we hadn't seen in years with NEW, ADULT EYES. So this week is relatively short and actually pretty fun! Enjoy!

When we say, "hot off the press," we MEAN IT! We recorded this and finished at 10:45 am. It is being uploaded at 11:30! CERTIFIED FRESH! It's our THIRD ANNIVERSARY! So we decided to have one of Christina's patented "RAMBLEVERSARIES" And my, does she ramble! (To be fair, John does pretty good as well!) No crying, and we do get serious for a moment or two, but there are definitely more laughs than the last 3 or 60 Podgecasts. It’s a HIGH ENERGY hodgepodge episode!.
