He has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, with extensive knowledge of biomechanics as well as other aspects of podiatry. After completing a BSc (Hons) in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Huddersfield, I commenced a Masters in Clinical Biomechanics at Staffordshire University. This course focused on the latest in treatment for Musculoskeletal injuries in the lower limb, Gait analysis, Sports biomechanics, and Podopaediatrics. I love learning – constantly seeking opportunities to diversify and refine my podiatry skills. Completing courses in running injuries, kinesiology taping, soft tissue and joint mobilisation, techniques for foot and ankle strengthening and biomechanics workshops. I am a keen sportsman, I enjoy playing cricket, badminton, table tennis and squash. I am a member for the Harborne Cricket club. I enjoy running (I am not born runner) and have run Birmingham half marathon with the best time of 1hr 57 min.

In this episode, we looked at Heel Pain especially Plantar Fasciitis. We briefly talked about the difference between plantar fasciitis, fasciopathy & fasciosis. Other causes of Heel pain include calcaneal fractures, bursitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tarsal tunnel syndrome & Sever's disease. We discussed causes, symptoms, treatments (in length) for plantar fasciitis.
In this episode, we discuss Ball of Foot Pain which can be due to Morton's Neuroms, Capsulitis, Stress Fracture, Plantar Plate Injury, and Avascular Necrosis.
