Another police murder of a Black person in the USA. George Floyd was handcuffed, on the ground, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Three police officers stood by as a fourth, a white racist named Derek Chauvin, sat on Floyd and drove his entire body weight down into his knee and onto Floyd’s neck for TEN UNINTERRUPTED MINUTES while Floyd pleaded with Chauvin that he couldn’t breathe. All while Chauvin taunted Floyd and the crowd recording his violence. Arrests and a trial must follow, and swiftly. Justice must come for the George Floyd family.
