Episode 154 All Flags Aren't False.  The 2016 elections ended with Donald J Trump our President Elect.  The Pundits break down how this mad man won and why it could be a big deal long term for those of us that like progress with our politics.  We then get busy waxing poetic about current pop culture happenings.  We review Dr Strange (both thought it was okay), we check in with West World, and recommend a few new TV shows like Good Girls Revolt, and The Killing Season.  We waste our time with all this nonsense so you don't have to!

We're less than a week out from the craziest Presidential election of anyone's lifetime.  One candidate thinks global warming is a hoax, while the other doesn't.  I guess if you don't mind your grandchildren growing old in a fiery hellscape then the decision should be fairly easy.  We touch on the crazy election, breakdown our West World theories, including the multiple timeline one.  We hit on Dr. Strange, the benefit (or not) of origin stories.  We also touch on Starship Troopers reboot, Channel Zero Candy Cove, Johnny Depp cast in Fantastic Beasts, plus the weekends box office.  The song at the end is Curtains "As we Proceed" from his "Killer" mixtape.

The Pundits are back after a short vacation 'slash' summer break.  Unfortunately we get side tracked talking about Warner Bros and DC's latest WTF moment, Suicide Squad.  Cody & Mark both witnessed this train wreck and can't help but ask...what the actual eff?!  If you're a fan of these movies then we're very happey for you, but for us we're saddened and want better.  We touch on this, the Olympics, some new trailers including Rogue One.  We also waste our time reading a fake or not fake letter from an ex WB employee so you don't have to.

This is a more political heavy discussion.  The Republican National Convention is looking like a straight up circus or ish show.  Donald Trump continues to sell nothing but fear, fear, fear.  The Box office continues to tumble.  Stranger Things comes highly recommended by both Pundits.  Ted Cruz showed some balls.  Bernie?  Hmm.  Wikileaks droped some DNC e-mails that showed they were in favor of HRC...and Mark isn't happy at all!  We dig into this and a little more on this (shortened) episode of the Pop Pundits!

Pokemon Go is a World Wide Phenomenon.  Mr Robot debuted it's 2nd season and Mark has some theories.
