The Ocean State drama keeps getting messier. 🦞
Adelia and Brandi are back for episode three of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, and this week we got a Studio 54-themed birthday party, a prenup that would leave Alicia with nothing, Kelsey's second boyfriend crashing the party as Gerry's "friend," and Liz McGraw screaming expletives at Kelsey from her bedroom until Kelsey left. So, a pretty chill evening in Rhode Island.
Before the party even started, there was plenty of ground to cover. Alicia finally apologized to Liz for the vineyard affair rumors — and Liz accepted. Rulla hosted a brunch with her Lebanese friends, opened up about Brian's affair, and confirmed that divorce simply isn't on the table. Kelsey met up with Bill, her other man, at Bom Cafe in Providence, knowing her mom already calls him her future son-in-law — but also knowing Bill can't offer her the mansion. Jared admitted at dinner that he feels insecure coming home from Audrey's having made no money. And Rosie's husband floated the idea of having kids, which: watch this space.
Then came the party. Jo-Ellen and Gary squared up with Rulla and Brian in matching gold sequins, Brian admitted to going after Jo-Ellen's workplace, and then when Rulla told him to speak up for their marriage — he said nothing. They left early. Then Kelsey tried to warn Liz about the Dino situation, Liz stormed upstairs, Kelsey followed her, and Liz ended the episode asking a very pointed question about how Kelsey and Dino actually know each other.
Adelia still hates reality TV. Brandi is watching from just across the Massachusetts border. Nobody at this party is going home happy.
Bobbie's trying to sell Happy's house — but finding the right buyers is harder than expected. Gabby thinks she has the perfect solution… and it involves her mom Val moving in. Meanwhile, Steve takes it upon himself to give Emmett a full makeover ahead of his big date with Monica. We're breaking it all down!
In this episode of The Post Credits, Brandi and Adelia review Happy's Place Season 2, Episode 15 — "Emotional Real Estate". We're talking Jane Lynch's return as Val, the Gabby/Val dynamic and whether the show is doing it justice, and the surprisingly sweet Steve and Emmett subplot. Did this episode hit the mark — or miss a bigger opportunity?
Justin is back with a double-episode breakdown of Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 — and things are heating up… sort of. Episodes 2 and 3 are finally out on Disney+, Bullseye is back and absolutely unhinged, White Tiger makes her debut, and Fisk just keeps winning. There's a lot to unpack here — including a prison breakout, a morally complicated interrogation, and one gut-punch of an ending that undercuts everything. Is the season finding its footing, or are we still waiting for it to fully click? Justin gives you the honest take.
The Ocean State's drama is just getting started. 🦞
Adelia and Brandi are back for episode two of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island — and this week, things get messy fast.
The ladies gather at a local winery where Kelsey leads a little group activity that quickly turns into a rumor-surfacing session. Rosie takes the opportunity to deny rumors that she had an affair with a basketball coach — her defense is genuinely unhinged and we are here for it. Meanwhile, Liz drops a bombshell about Rulla's husband Brian allegedly having a mistress, which: wow. Rulla has minor beef with Liz and Kelsey for hanging out with Jo-Ellen at her 4th of July party.
Because in Rhode Island, who you party with is a whole statement.
Adelia still hates reality TV. Brandi is watching from just across the Massachusetts border. The chaos continues.
Cheri Oteri is back — and she's making things very complicated at Happy's Place! 🍺 We're reviewing Happy's Place Season 2, Episode 14, "Borrowin' Trouble," airing tonight on NBC!
Health inspector Monica (Cheri Oteri) returns to inspect the new speakeasy, sending Bobbie and Isabella scrambling to get her in and out before she runs into Emmett — her romantic interest and Bobbie's ex. Meanwhile, Steve and Takoda join Emmett at the fishing shack after Gabby hints that he might be mad at them.
We're breaking down all the laughs, the tension, and what this episode means for Bobbie and Emmett's relationship as Season 2 heads toward its finale. Happy's Place has already been renewed for a third season, so what does "Borrowin' Trouble" set up for the road ahead? We've got thoughts!
Welcome to the Ocean State, baby. 🦞
Brandi and Adelia are kicking off a brand new series on The Post Credits — reviewing The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, Bravo's newest franchise and the first-ever Housewives show set in New England. And yes, the dynamic here is absolutely unhinged.
Brandi lives close to Rhode Island in Massachusetts, close enough to have opinions about it — and she has plenty. Adelia, a woman who has never willingly watched a reality TV show in her life and would like you to know that, is here against her better judgment.
This week: we meet the full cast — pizza restaurant co-owner Alicia and her eight-year engagement that refuses to become a marriage, cannabis queen Liz McGraw, self-described town gossip Jo-Ellen Tiberi, former news anchor turned DJ Rosie DiMare, financial powerhouse Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, former Miss Rhode Island Kelsey Swanson, and RHONJ import Dolores Catania launching a menopause gummy brand. Oh, and Ashley Iaconetti and her husband Jared Haibon — who Adelia knows exclusively from the Movie Trivia Schmoedown, not whatever Bachelor franchise they came from, just so we're clear.
The trailer promised "wicked wild" drama. The ladies delivered.
