In this episode I set down with an absolute baseball dude Cale Hennemann. Cale played at Pawnee HS, Eastern Illinois and the University of Memphis before coaching at Belmont, leaving baseball entirely, and then finding his way back home to help Pawnee HS and local HS, college and pro hitters. Cale is an absolute wizard when it comes to hitting and I'm really excited to put this out. Enjoy and take notes. Thanks Cale!

An epic conversation with current minor leaguer Ben Hartl.

I sat down with local legend Walter Patton today for a fun talk about baseball and life. Walt was a standout at Buffalo Tri-City HS, Lincoln Land Community College, and a 13th round draft pick of the Minnesota Twins in 2004, going on to play two years of pro ball before arm issues forced him to hang it up. Walt is involved in the local travel ball scene with the Shamrocks and is and all time athlete and great guy.

In this episode of the PGS we had on a young man who is just starting his athletic journey and was recently named 6A All-State and SJR Football player of the year. That young man is Colten Knoedler. Remember the name.
