CREST grants for R & D is a combined effort between the Government and the E & E industry.  10 founding members of CREST are industry players namely Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Agilent Technologies, Altera, Avago Technologies, Clarion, Intel, Motorola Solutions, National Instruments, OSRAM, and Silterra.
