This was episode 41 of my former podcast "Henry talks about.." In it I interviewed fellow podcaster Michelle Waldo. Back then Michelle's podcast "Creating from the Inside Out" was devoted to the teachings of Abraham Hicks, with new episodes coming every week, in which Michelle talked about her experiences applying these teachings to her life. She eventually moved on to channel her own Inner Being named Ceylon.

This was the first time that Abraham was mentioned in my former podcast. Those unfamiliar with these teachings might have heard about the movie "The Secret" (the first one from 2006), which introduced the Law of Attraction to a wider audience. The film was supposed to be mainly about Abraham, but this got removed for a more commercial approach.

This was episode 40 of my former podcast "Henry talks about..." I got the inspiration from watching the film "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty", in which the main character was always daydreaming until he finally got the courage to fulfil those things he was always imagining. Some of my reflections on the topic might no longer reflect my current views. Nowadays I see daydreaming more as a form of visualization and alignment with our desires, bringing them closer to us.
