I recently heard a business coach on a podcast say that the biggest difference she's seen between those who experience success and those who don't is not that one group deserved success, but that they decided to go after it.
Over the month of September, I decided to start a healthy eating plan and, coincidentally, also decided to do a 100K challenge for charity. Reflecting on the month, I can see how making a definite decision to take on these challenges made a difference to my ability to stay on track and work towards the goal.
