It’s the day before George is set to fly out to CA for a sales and marketing training event and his anxiety has taken the driver's seat. His mind had him comparing himself to everyone else and almost had him convinced he wasn’t good enough to go. George recognized this as a pattern and knew it was one he had to put an end to.  Not everyone has the same stride, but if you’re taking a step toward your goal every day that’s something to be proud of.

In episode 59 George asked for prayers for his best friend who was battling for his health.  The prayers brought comfort but George says it was doing his Stack that was really a spiritual event.  Have you ever noticed how quickly or drastically perceptions can change? Thirty years ago, for instance, nobody batted an eye if you spanked your child.  Our thoughts and our perceptions are so limited to our earthly experiences, what we are taught to feel. On the heels of the incident with his cat, George gets an unsettling text from his best and closest friend.  Battling health conditions with more questions than answers, George’s friend is awaiting news about a tumor. Expecting an update from his friend on Monday, George is left on edge all weekend, until he decides to take a chance and post a public prayer request to his 7k+ followers.  Feeling the weight lifting, George knew the prayers were working. George got stuck with a cat from a past relationship and he wasn’t very attached to it, so when the cat got hurt he initially saw it as an out.  The cat was annoying, this could get very costly, but then his heart came into play and he felt horrible for even thinking that. George ultimately listened to his heart and chose life for the cat.  How many times in our lives is there a fine line between a slow death and choosing to really live life? We have to choose life for ourselves, every day.
